This die set can be used in several different ways to achieve different looks:
-Use only the thin edger die to create a border pattern
-Combine one edger die + the center design die to make a wide border
-Use only the center die for a reverse-cut background. Repeat the cut for a full background
-Use both edgers together to make ribbon style borders
-Use only the middle die, and weave ribbon through the square holes
-Keep experimenting.... there are many more things you can do with this die set!
