- Items that have been opened and/or used
We will issue a return authorization code (RMA #) which must appear on the package.
Returns can be made up to 15 days from date of receipt.
If the return is made due to an error on our part (example: we sent you the wrong item), we will pay for the shipping cost to return the item, and all costs to replace the item.
If the return is made NOT due to an error on our part (example: you ordered too many, you ordered the wrong item, you don't like the item, you changed your mind, etc), you are responsible for the postage back to us.
If the return is made due to an error by a manufacturer (example: the item is defective), please allow us to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement to you. We may not need the defective item back in most cases.
Returns for store credit will be made via a store gift certificate, which you can use towards a future purchase. We will waive the restocking fee.
Returns for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee. The refund will be made ONLY to the original method of payment (for example, if you paid by Paypal, the refund will go back to your Paypal account).
Refunds or Store Credits are issued once the returned item(s) reach(es) our warehouse in GOOD and RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. It is your responsibility to ensure the items are packaged well.
