Swiss dots have always been a favorite pattern for card makers because you can do so much with them. We've added extra value to this stencil by making the edges scalloped!
Our stencils are made of 10mil mylar plastic, sturdy enough for use with stencil paste, inks, or your favorite sprays. Create beautiful backgrounds, then clean up easily with soap and water!
