Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Sparkles - Gilded Plum

Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Sparkles are a unique combination of larger mica particles and dye powder, which together produce a color explosion with an exceptional shimmering finish. They can be used on any porous surface.

Shake bottle before use to ensure powder is well mixed.
Wet your paper or cardstock using a spritzer bottle, and gently tap on some of the powder onto the wet paper. Add more water using a paintbrush or spritzer bottle, and watch the colors migrate and blend.
Dry with a heat gun.
