49 and Market Wishing Bubbles are epoxy dots and epoxy coated die-cut embellishments, some flat, and some with a foam sticker backing giving you several dimensions to work with.
These truly unique embellishments come in a package containing 67 epoxy stickers in various sizes ranging from 3/16" to 1.5". There are plain dots, as well as printed ones with words, flowers, and butterflies, glittered ones, and even hearts.
